RAEOA and PAX joined by the “cleanest city in Timor-Leste”


The city of Oé-Cusse, the Noefefan Bridge, the Tono Irrigation Dam, the Sakato Road, the border line, the beachfront, Numbei Market and the International Airport «Rota do Sândalo» surroundings, are some of the areas that come to rely on the service of the the winner of the tender for service supply launched by the Oé-Cusse Ambeno Special Administrative Region (RAEOA – ZEESM – TL), PAX – Unipessoal Lda..

With modern fleet and equipments, a team of 113 men and women, all of them from Oé-Cusse, the director of PAX, João Paulo Rangel, did not hide the satisfaction for being a part, “in close collaboration with the Authority of RAEOA-ZEESM TL”, of a company whose daily mission is to maintain Oé-Cusse as “the cleanest city in Timor-Leste”. The content of the annual and renewable contract was presented by the Regional Secretary for Finance, Leónia Monteiro. It is incumbent upon SE, the President of the RAEOA – ZEESM – TL Authority, Dr. Mari Alkatiri, to contextualize the importance of cleaning services in a territory that works not only to become a sustainable tourism destination but also to be a reference, and an example, for the whole country.
