- The Região Administrativa Especial de Oé-Cusse Ambeno e Zonas Especiais de Economia de Social de Mercado – República Democrática de Timor-Leste (RAEOA – ZEESM TL) is inviting all qualified companies which are legally-constituted and have legal capacity to do business in Timor-Leste to provide their offer for the Supply of Fuel for the RAEOA-ZEESM TL Fleet of Vehicles located in Oé-Cusse Ambeno on Long Term Basis.

- A Supplier will be selected based on eligibility, substantial compliance with the minimum technical requirements and lowest price offer.
