This United Nations Development Programme report is part of a series of reports commissioned by RAEOA-ZEESM TL to international reputable organizations. It aims to gather a wide range of data sets and socioeconomic indicator that will guide RAEOA-ZEESM TL throughout its decision-making process and enable the special regional administration to fully embrace evidence make policy making. Lastly it tries to, in a succinct way, summarize the aspirations of RAEOA-ZEESM TL leadership to pave the way to a more ethical economy, where subsistence farmers have the necessary safety nets to engage more purposely in social market economy.
